We always try our best to produce and send the best quality items that you ever bought.
However, human error might be happening here and there -- or you might change your mind and wanted to change the items.
So if the items you've ordered are not working properly for you, no worries!

Please do read these following points for return & exchange policies before buying :
• All return can only be turned into STORE CREDIT and we do not accept any cash refund - unless your product is not available to be sent.
• Store Credit does not include shipping fee.
• Store credit is applicable for 12 months used.
• Return & exchange are accepted for 7 days period from the day you received the package.
• Return & exchange can only be done for 1 time only.
• If you somehow received a defected / wrong items, it will be exchanged into another same products and cannot be refunded unless the product is not available.
• All return & defect items should be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and still in the same condition as the time we sent the packages (hangtag attached and the original pouch).
• We have the right to reject any returns or exchanges if the returns do not meet our criteria, and we will send back the packages.
• Your exchange items will only be sent when the original package has arrived and passed the quality control check.
• Shipping fee will be borne by customer for any exchange items, except exchange from the defected items / wrong products.

• We do not provide any cash refund for any reason (including defected items, items unavalability etc).

• Kindly note that all postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be borne by the customer and if there's any custom duties billed to our part, it will be deducted from your store credit.
• We honestly do not recommend for International Customer for an exchange for the package delivery reason. For some cases the tax might be higher from the item's original price or the package did not arrive after months to our warehouse (which is outside our control and no exchange can be done if there is no package arrived).

To mail your item back to us, simply follow the steps below:
1. Download, print, and fill up the exchange & return form here.
2. Place item in packaging of your choice with exchange & return form.
3. Mail your item back to us.
4. You'll receive a confirmation and your store credits once it has been processed.
